How We're Different

 

We focus on exercise in the frontal plane, also known as the coronal plane. It's our mission to educate other trainers, coaches, players and parents on how to create better athletes by working out in the frontal plane. By working along and across all the planes of the human body, we increase strength and athleticism. The slide board is our primary tool for our content. We teach a tough and satisfying slide board workout and sell the best slide boards for high intensity interval training.
