Our Classes have multiple benefits for our clients. Not only will you get toned but you'll work muscles reinforcing joints that face added pressure.
Toning: We believe in whole body toning at Lateral Edge. We're not exactly anti muscle isolation but for performance and looks, we prefer exercises that use multiple muscles groups at once.
Calories and Fat Burn: Our 45 minute classes are high intensity interval training. This means we do short sprint like scenarios and never give our heart the chance to fully slow down burning more calories in a shorter period of time.
Injury Prevention: Our classes work stabilizer muscles including glutes and adductors providing support for knees and hips. Want to stay on the tennis court and golf course well into retirement? Want to keep jogging outside in the summer? You need to provide the proper support for joints now while we're young as our joints face added pressure over the years.
