Burning Calories with High-Intensity Interval Training (4/27/16)

We’ve had some adult prospective clients ask us about the pace of our workouts over the last couple weeks. Just to be reiterate, Lateral Edge is a “high-intensity interval training” class also known as HIIT.  Spry Living has a good definition of HIIT and one of it’s most important benefits over longer duration cardio workouts.
