First thing...there's no reason to be intimidated. Our instructors work with clients at all ages and abilities, and our boards adjust to all lengths making it a smooth progression over time. 

We recommend newcomers arrive at least 10 minutes before their first class to pick up the lingo and make sure their board is at the proper settings. 

Wear normal athletic workout gear along with good running or tennis shoes. 

The flow of class is how high intensity classes should be. Meaning, we start off in a warm up and progress to difficult short interval burst of movements whether core or leg related. We usually end with some more anaerobic bodyweight exercises toning up our arms and core. Lastly, we end with a dynamic stretch or foam rolling depending on the class.
